This was a little quickie that I stitched over-one. I actually finished the stitching in just a few days, but put it away for about a month before finishing up the backstitching. I used all the listed colors and fibers, though for the Kreiniks I switched from #4 braid to blending filament, high luster in the case of the navy blue. In fact, I would suggest for those stitching this over-two to try two strands of the high luster (laid flat with some sort of laying tool) instead of the #4 braid, with the carrier threads stripped out, if you want it nice and shiny. I didn't strip out the carrier thread for the star blue Kreinik, and I sort of wish I had because the carrier thread really dulls the filament; the shine would have been a darker teal, but it would have shined much more. The quarter stitches were replaced by half stitches going in the perpendicular direction, and the effect can be seen in the eye.
