2002 Finishes

My "freebie" roll continued this year, although I also celebrated my first big finish
(10.5" x 17.25") with Mirabilia's A Midsummer Night's Fairy.
Some highlights of the year:
meeting a few Bay Area stitchers including WhizGidget, threadbear, and
Claudia Dutcher of Dutch Treat Designs;
attending CATS in Riverside with my daughter, whose charming personality
was rewarded with about $20 worth of stitching items for free;
and in the 4th quarter, finishing more items than starting.
The number of finished items below (23) may seem like a lot,
but I very rarely spend more than 2 hours a day stitching, and
a lot of days go by where I don't stitch at all.
Besides, I know of an avid stitcher in Alberta, Canada who
finished 73 items in 2002. That's pretty amazing in my book!
