My Mom's Recipes

I'll confess. I'm much more interested in eating than cooking. And my favorite home cooking is, of course, my Mom's.
Mom was born and raised in Japan, and raised three children while living in England and the United States. The three of us are now grown and out on our own, but we still like to come home for a friendly visit and some delicious food.
Many of the dishes by Mom are Japanese, but she's also known to be improvisational in her cooking, so few (if any) of these recipes are "standard."

Gyoza Japanese potstickers.
Fried Rice A very customizable dish.
Peach Cobbler This is my paternal grandmother's recipe.
